By booking, purchasing, participating in, or engaging with services offered by Baba Osadi Temple, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

Spiritual & Cultural Practice Disclaimer

All spiritual services, consultations, divination, ritual work, teachings, guidance, and offerings are conducted through the traditional framework of Isese Ifa as it has been taught and passed down to Baba Osadi and Iya Osuntoki through lineage-based practice and spiritual training.

These services are spiritual, cultural, educational, and personal-development based in nature. They are not intended to replace licensed medical care, psychological treatment, financial advice, legal counsel, or other professional services.

Spiritual insight, ritual work, and divination are deeply personal experiences, and results cannot be guaranteed. Outcomes may manifest differently than expected, unfold over time, or not align with a client’s personal assumptions or desired timeline. By participating in these services, clients understand and accept that spiritual work is not an exact science and is rooted in faith, tradition, intuition, and individual spiritual alignment.

Personal Responsibility

Clients are fully responsible for their own choices, interpretations, actions, and decisions following any spiritual consultation or service. Guidance offered through readings, rituals, mentorship, workshops, retreats, or spiritual counsel should not be interpreted as absolute instruction or guaranteed prediction.

By engaging in services, you agree that you remain solely responsible for your physical, emotional, spiritual, mental, and financial wellbeing.

Respect for Tradition

All services are rooted in ancestral and Yoruba spiritual traditions and are to be approached with respect and cultural integrity. Any misuse, reproduction, redistribution, recording, or exploitation of sacred teachings, prayers, rituals, ceremonies, or intellectual property without explicit permission is prohibited.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

While all services are approached with care, integrity, prayer, and sincere spiritual intention, no guarantees are made regarding:

specific spiritual outcomes
relationship outcomes
fertility or pregnancy outcomes
financial outcomes
healing results
manifestations
timelines
life changes
or other desired expectations

Each individual’s spiritual path, destiny, choices, and circumstances are unique.

Payment & Booking Policy

All payments are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

Deposits for services, retreats, ceremonies, workshops, or consultations may be non-refundable due to preparation, scheduling, energetic labor, and materials involved.

Clients are responsible for arriving on time to scheduled sessions. Missed appointments without notice may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

Confidentiality

Personal information shared during spiritual sessions or consultations will be treated with care and discretion. However, by participating in services online or in group settings, clients acknowledge that complete confidentiality through digital platforms cannot always be guaranteed.

Energetic Boundaries

Baba Osadi Temple reserves the right to refuse, discontinue, or reschedule services if behavior is disrespectful, abusive, manipulative, culturally inappropriate, or energetically unsafe.

Intellectual Property

All content, teachings, written materials, meditations, workshop content, recordings, music, branding, and creative offerings remain the intellectual property of Baba Osadi Temple unless otherwise stated.
